Terms of Use

The CMCSRRDP operations portal is an official system of the Rural Works Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, intended for use by authorized officials only.

Authorized Use

Access is limited to officials issued credentials by their district administrator or the RWD IT Cell. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Use the portal only for official CMCSRRDP duties.
• Do not attempt to access data outside your authorized role or district.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or unrelated content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the portal's security.

Accuracy of Official Data

Officials are responsible for ensuring that project records, progress figures, photographs, and QC reports they enter are accurate and submitted in good faith. Geo-tagged photographs must be captured at the actual work site.

Monitoring

Use of this portal is monitored and recorded for security and audit. Misuse may lead to withdrawal of access and disciplinary or legal action under applicable rules.

Availability and Changes

The portal is provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable during maintenance. These terms may be revised by the Department; continued use constitutes acceptance.
