The Rural Works Department is committed to the fair and timely resolution of grievances relating to the CMCSRRDP portal and the rural road works it monitors.
For Portal Users (Officials)
For technical issues, account access, or data corrections, contact the RWD IT Cell at rwd-arunachal@gov.in. Please include your name, district, and a clear description of the issue.
For Citizens
Members of the public may raise grievances about rural road works through the Government of Arunachal Pradesh public grievance portal, Jansunwai.

Escalation and Response
Grievances are acknowledged and routed to the concerned office for resolution. We endeavour to acknowledge grievances within a reasonable period; complex matters may require additional time. Unresolved matters may be escalated to the next administrative level within the Department.
